Right now, horns and ears share the same slot. This results in weird descriptions like in the dragon queen tf where the ears TF into horns.

• Dragon queen shouldn't lose her ears, she should have the elongated ears but also the double horns (update TF description and body part state description)
• Make sure adding the slot doesn't break existing logic on how tf'ed someone is versus human
• Could do horn & ear tf at same frame so as to not make TF's longer
