Summary0000085: Can get stuck in aquarium using fish pendant (debug only)
Description

Wearing fish pendant in debug room before going to ch7 will make it impossible to escape from aquarium

Note - if not using debug rooms, would normally would need to unlock this tf so it shouldn't be possible in a regular playthrough

Steps To Reproduce

1) Using fish pendant to become mermaid in debug rooms
2) Then will auto-respawn you in tank
3) No way to get out since there is no guard as the guard was not init'ed yet.

Additional Information

May want to add guardrails for demo saves before fixing this, since otherwise players could escape out of aquarium if they have a busted r41.5 save (though it would be mostly unloadable text)
