Hello and thanks for the report!

This is 0000159; any mod over 10,000 characters will fail until the next update

The suggested workaround if you are making a mod is to create a "TEST mod name" entry in the mod database. As soon as the next update comes out, you will be able to input long mods again

(If you have WIP you can also do it now via autobuild, but it's fine to just use the workaround instead)
