Summary0000169: Aquarium softlock due to bubble fence
Description

Possible softlock in aquarium chapter following repro steps below. Needs to be verified still (is there any other way to reduce acceptance in such a situation?)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. toggle the bubble fence to raise it/block path to TV
  2. leave fence remote somewhere inaccessible to mermaid
  3. become a mermaid
  4. lose to the shark a bunch, to raise acceptance to 100%

At this point, you can't get back out of the pool because acceptance is too high. But you can't swim to TV because the path is blocked.
