Summary0000066: Extended range UTF-8 symbols leads to BMT not recognizing username
Description

Possibly DB is not storing in UTF8 mode, or maybe the search on the IPN just needs to escape them in UTF8 mode?

They do display correctly on website, but suspect they're not being passed into the user field in BMT correctly.

é became \né

Some additional ideas:

May need to restrict usernames to ASCII only?
