Summary0000026: Turning into cow drops tattoos
Description

Getting turned into a cow also makes your tattoos drop, and you can't pick them back up, so you have the curses but the items aren't in your inventory

Need to verify this is happening in latest version. Reported by Cheren V2 in discord.
